Mazhar Alvi

Mazhar has led GlobeWyze since 2007. He turned a product company into an industry-agnostic, artificial-intelligence venture studio that partners with enterprises and founders, and turns ideas into ventures that can sell and scale. He works directly with startups on B2B and B2C products across financial services, health, education, sports, logistics, employee engagement, and defence. He runs intake diligence on the idea, the scale, and the team, builds early partnerships, and acts for portfolio companies on capital, term sheets, valuation, and investor negotiations. He is also founder and CEO of Revwyze, and he coaches social-impact founders at Toronto Metropolitan University's Social Ventures Zone.

Asad Alvi

Chief Operating Officer

Asad has been chief operating officer of GlobeWyze since 2021. He runs the studio's operating backbone while several technology companies are built at once: hiring senior people in engineering, product, and operations; negotiating partnership, incubation, and development agreements; and setting pricing, unit economics, and go-to-market so an early concept can reach a customer. Ventures in that work include SAMXIO and NoteSeek. He builds small teams and operating models that let a lean group out-execute a larger one.

Lareb Umer

Chief Marketing Officer

Lareb leads marketing for GlobeWyze. She is a marketing strategist with experience building go-to-market plans, brand identities, and digital campaigns for SaaS companies working across Pakistan, Canada, and the United States. At the studio she plans and runs digital marketing for North American and local markets, from positioning and messaging through email, social, and content, with product and technology beside her. She has led marketing across the portfolio, including the work behind Revwyze.
